Hi, I’m Carl Ferri and I’ve been in the construction industry for my whole career, initially becoming a skilled plasterer. After ten years working for building companies, I set up on my own in 1998, specialising in the restoration and decorating of buildings. I quickly established a good client base, many of whom are still with me today.
During this time I sub-contracted for prestigious central London building companies, working on high profile properties throughout London. In 1999 I went on to study traditional specialist paint techniques, achieving an Advanced City & Guilds certificate. My work has taken me to projects in Brussels, Amsterdam, Southern France and Berlin as well as various corners of the United Kingdom.

As a fully qualified applicator of Tadelakt, Venetian Plaster & Microcement, I can offer my clients a broad range of bespoke surfaces. Polished plastering and decorating have a transformative power. The satisfaction I get from my happy customers is the best part of my job. Our homes are always important to us, and it’s inspiring to play a role in my clients’ creative visions. I am constantly looking to improve my knowledge and keep up with new trends throughout the interior design world.

I care about the environment and I often cycle to my projects. Limiting any van journeys to just the first and the final day allows me to transport the necessary artisan’s kit. I’ve commuted by bike for over 25 years and it’s definitely the best way to start and end a day of grafting!
